The Monthy Suite Rental Rate Includes:
Telephone Answering/Receptionists - who greet your guests and answer/handle your telephone calls professionally to your exact specifications, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.. Guests and callers are announced in your office on the hands-free speaker telephone.
Furnished Reception and Waiting Area - where our professional, friendly staff will greet your clients and visitors on your behalf.
Two Fully Furnished Conference Rooms - with seating for up to 12 persons,
TV/VCR (including access to video recording of meetings), speakerphones, white board, slide projector and an adjoining kitchen. Catering is available.
